Elite Cheer is the highest level of All-Star cheerleading, designed for athletes ready for full commitment and competition. These teams train multiple times per week, travel to regional and national events, and perform high-level routines with advanced stunts, tumbling, and choreography. Elite offers athletes the full All-Star experience—building strong skills, discipline, and teamwork—while competing at the most competitive level.

  • Year round commitment June through May

  • Practices are required 2-3 times per week (2 practices and a tumbling)

  • Ages 5-18, teams divided by age and skill level

  • 6- 8 competitions per season

  • Competitions include 4-6 overnight, travel destinations for full travel teams. Destinations may include Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, more.

  • 2.5-minute routine with an elite skill-base. Meant for cheerleaders that want to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

Prep Cheer is a step between recreational and full All-Star cheer. It offers athletes the chance to learn routines, build teamwork, and experience the excitement of competitions—without the full year-long commitment or higher costs of traditional All-Star teams. Practices are usually shorter, competitions are local, and it’s designed to help athletes grow skills in a fun, supportive, and less demanding environment.

  • Year-round commitment June through May

  • Practices are required 2-3 times per week. (1 practice, 1 tumbling, possible additional practices).

  • Ages 5-18, teams divided by age and skill level

  • 3-5 competitions per season

  • Competitions include 1-2 overnight, travel destinations for full travel teams. Destinations may include Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Louisville.

  • 2-minute routine with an intermediate skill-base. Prep is right for you if you are looking for something with a little less commitment physically, mentally, and financially than an elite team.

Novice Cheer is the perfect entry point for athletes who are brand new to All-Star cheer. These teams focus on teaching the fundamentals of stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance in a fun, encouraging environment. With shorter practices and limited competitions (often non-travel), Novice gives athletes the chance to perform, build confidence, and develop teamwork—without the full time or financial commitment of Prep or Elite.

  • Year round commitment June through May

  • Practices are required 1 time per week

  • Ages 5-18, teams divided by age and skill level, though typically on the younger side.

  • 3-5 competitions per season

  • Competitions include 1-2 overnight, travel destinations for full travel teams. Destinations may include Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Louisville.

  • 1.5-minute routine with an easier skill-base. Meant for newer cheerleaders.
